If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@pickax.com with:

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer

Shipping delays outside our control
